WPI's D.C. Project Center Applies 'Theory and Practice' to Domestic and International Issues

WPI students and faculty at the university's D.C. Project Center focus on helping government and non-profit agencies solve critical problems around the world.

The collaborations taking place at Worcester Polytechnic Institute's (WPI) Washington D.C.  Project Center between students and faculty and domestic and international agencies recently made news in the (Worcester) Telegram & Gazette.  The article highlights the range of projects undertaken by nine student teams from WPI, and details the research being conducted by students to help the Indigenous people of Ecuador remove oil pollution from their land and water.   Read the article here.
