When is Commencement?

The Commencement Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the Quad.

How long does the Commencement Ceremony last?

The ceremony and reception will be approximately three hours, depending upon the number of graduates taking part.

Where do I park?

Commencement parking [PDF] is available on campus and in adjacent lots. Shuttle buses will be transporting guest from parking lots to campus and back to their cars at the end of the program.

What are the arrangements for handicap parking?

If you or your guests are physically challenged, you may be able to park on the Quadrangle where a limited number of parking spaces are reserved for that purpose. Campus Police will be available to assist guests to a reserved seating area.

When will my son/daughter get their diploma?

Graduates will receive their diplomas as this time.

Will I be able to take pictures during the ceremony?

Yes, although we discourage guests from disrupting the ceremony. Standing in the aisles to take photographs is not permitted as it blocks the view of seated guests.
