ROTC Commissioning Ceremony

Welcome to the 2013 Joint Service Commissioning Ceremony. We are very proud of our commissionees for their dedication and commitment to both their academic degree and their completion of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program.  

We are honored to announce that Major General L. Scott Rice, The Adjutant General, Massachusetts National Guard will be with us to preside as the Commissioning Officer. Read more about our guest speaker, Major General Rice.
