Make an Appointment

Need to make a Tutoring or MASH appointment? Here's how!

• Visit http://tutortrac.wpi.edu
• Sign in using your Banner user name and password
• Select “Search for availabilities” on the left side of the page
• Enter your student ID number
• Select “Academic Resources Center” as the “Center”
• Select the course you need help with under “Section” Select “MASH” or “General Tutoring”
• Change the dates for a specific period of time
• Hit “Search” to see all of the availabilities listed
• If you see a time that works for you, click on the time and enter your information
• Click “Save” or “Submit” and you should receive an email to confirm your appointment

***Note students are able to make a maximum of 3 tutoring appointments per course, per week***

Need to make a Peer Academic Coaching appointment? Here's how!

• Visit http://tutortrac.wpi.edu
• Sign in using your Banner user name and password
• Select “Search for availabilities” on the left side of the page
• Enter your student ID number Select “Academic Advising” as the “Center”
• Select area you need help with under “Reason”
• Change the dates for a specific period of time
• Hit “Search” to see all of the availabilities listed
• If you see a time that works for you, click on the time and enter your information
• Click “Save” or “Submit” and you should receive an email to confirm your appointment
