Graduate Schools Attended by WPI Graduates

Medical Interpretation Training: January 12-February 19, UMass Memorial Medical School, Worcester, MA
Ascentria Care Alliance, Language Bank is offering Medical Interpretation Training. This is a 63-hour program, and attendance to all classes is mandatory. The program provides qualified instructors who will work with students to develop & prepare them for becoming a medical interpreter. The cost of the training is well below many other programs at $295.00 (which includes $100.00 nonrefundable fee for mandatory bilingual proficiency testing). Payment for the training is non-refundable after you attend the first day of training. If your score on the bilingual proficiency testing (which Ascentria provides) meets the accepted minimum level, you will be accepted into the training program. Based on the availability of test for language you speak.
TRAINING CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT THE UMass Memorial Medical School, 55 North Lake Avenue, Worcester, MA. Room location will be forwarded prior to classes starting. To register, send your registration form and $100.00 check/money order made out to Ascentria Care Alliance, 11 Shattuck Street, Worcester, MA 01605 Attn: Andrea Neale.
