First-Year Placement
If you plan to request a housing-based accommodation for the first time, please be sure to visit the Residential Services First-year Students page to learn more about general placement and be sure to complete the general Housing Application Questionnaire by June 1st, 2013.
Additionally, you will need to submit the following information to the Office of Disability Services (ODS) by June 1st, 2013*
- Housing Accommodation Request Form
- Appropriate documentation supporting the need for accommodations you will be requesting. The health care professional providing documentation cannot be related to the student.
*Please submit your housing accommodation request as soon as possible to allow ample time for ODS staff to review documentation and for you to procure additional supporting documentation, if necessary.
