- Director of Disability Services
Aaron Ferguson began as the Director of Disability Services in the summer of 2011. He holds a Masters of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Vermont and has worked in disability services since 2003. Aaron’s professional background includes experience as an academic coach and advisor, disability counselor, outdoor education specialist, and rowing coach. His work with faculty and students focuses specifically on incorporating experiential modalities and elements of Universal Course Design.

- Assistant Director of Disability Services
Laura Rosen joined the Office of Disability Services as the Assistant Director in the summer of 2013. Laura started working in disability services in 2004 during her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut. Her wonderful experiences working with students led her to obtain a master's degree from the University of Connecticut in Special Education with a focus on postsecondary services for students with disabilities. Laura enjoys promoting principles of self-determination through the use of educational strategies and assistive technologies.

- Office Services Coordinator
Deborah Bordage has worked at the Student Development and Counseling Center in the West Street House as an Office Services Coordinator since August 2007. She began in May 2011 to serve as the Office Services Coordinator for the Office of Disability Services as well. She is responsible for setting up appointments, collecting documentation, and coordinating other administrative aspects of disability services. Debbie recently graduated with her Master's degree in School Counseling. She cares deeply for the students and wants to see them all succeed.
