I believe obtaining a solid education is the greatest accomplishment a person can achieve. I am also of the philosophy that education should be available and accessible for all persons regardless of color, religion, sexual orientation, or cultural background. My goal is to help foster a welcoming and safe environment for students that is conducive to learning. I pride myself on providing quality programs and services for all students specifically as it pertains to cultural competency and acceptance of diverse populations. Thinking outside of the box and striving for excellence is what I challenge our students to do during and beyond their experience here. I hope that they enter the world more giving, more aware, more prepared, more powerful.

Welcome to the wonderful community of women faculty, staff, and students here at WPI. Please use my office as a resource whether you are a prospective student conducting your college search, or a current undergraduate or graduate student. Our office interfaces actively with virtually every department on campus to create programs that serve all of our students through every step of their college journey. As a mother of two young girls, I am passionate about cultivating an environment where women who choose WPI for their education will find the support and opportunities that will help them thrive—both on campus and in their future careers and lives.

As the administrative assistant in the Office of Diversity and Women’s Programs, my role is varied and the pace is hectic. I love dealing with all the students and working with the directors on all the programs and activities. I work every day to help them maintain an atmosphere that is conducive of acceptances, growth and freedom for our students.
