Women's Industry Network (WIN)

Judy Nitsch (far right), WPI alumna, Trustee, and business owner, shared her networking tips as a keynote speaker for the first WIN meeting. Here she chats with a WIN cluster.

A Program for Female WPI Students and Professionals

The Women's Industry Network (WIN) is a cluster mentoring program that brings together female WPI students and professional women engineers, scientists and managers. WIN is designed to give participating students opportunities to explore their chosen field and prepare for the challenges ahead by providing networking opportunities and access to working women.

Each cluster of students and professionals gather three times a year at WPI for a dinner meeting. Individual clusters are also encouraged to meet face to face at least once more per term and to communicate via e-mail through individual distribution groups that will be created for them.

The WIN program is open to sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students.

Professionals share their experience in the working world with students.
