Service Providers

The Events office not only can assist you with your room needs, we will also process your room set-up and AV requests. In order to provide you with excellent service we ask that your information be submitted to the Events office at least 5 business days before your event, a longer notice is greatly appreciated. If your event is a "Large" Scale Event a service providers meeting maybe necessary with ample planning time.

Chartwells is the contracted food service provider for the entire WPI Community and must be used for all functions where food is served. To order food for your meeting/event please visit Chartwells Catering at WPI.
