WELCOME TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FACILITIES!

Our offices are located  at 37 Lee Street, and our office hours are from 7 am until 5 pm during the academic year and 7 am until 4:30 pm during the summer.    

At our Lee Street location you will find the Customer Service Center with Sandy Bard, Lauren Martunas, and Yvette Rutledge; the offices of the Assistant Vice President of Facilities, Alfredo DiMauro; the Director of Facilities Operations, Bill Spratt; The Associate Director for MEP, Mike Lane, the Associate Director of Buildings and Events, Terrence Pellerin; Custodial Supervisors Thomas Moreau, Robert Pepin, and Gary Antinarella; the Director of Project Management and Engineering, Christopher Salter; the Manager of Environmental and Occupational Safety, David Messier; the Manager of Grounds and Properties, Alan Carlsen; and the Facilities Systems Manager/Sustainability Coordinator, Liz Tomaszewski.

Our Mission

The mission of the Facilities Department is to provide a safe, clean, properly maintained environment for the WPI community, in support of academic and social activities. Facilities staff will furnish the highest quality service, with the highest level of professionalism.
