Emergency Notification

An emergency is any situation that poses a potential threat to the personal safety or security of individuals on college property or that may cause damage to a building or materials and equipment in a building.

Examples of Emergencies:

  • Electrical wires exposed with or without visible sparks
  • Water running, unable to shut off
  • Lock that will not lock or door will not open
  • Smell of gas
  • Leaking roof
  • Chemical spill

The Department of Facilities Office hours are 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Summer hours are 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Emergencies that meet the above criteria, should be called into the Facilities office at +1-508-831-5500.

After Hours Emergencies:

Emergencies outside normal hours, should be called into Campus Police, +1-508-831-5433, for action.
