WPI’s dedication to top-quality customer service is reflected in our ongoing training opportunities. This program is designed to strengthen awareness and skills, and to encourage all staff members—regardless of title—to see themselves as the face of WPI, and the jobs they perform as vital parts of our institution.
Exercises are WPI-specific and designed to immerse new employees in our customer service culture or provide a refresher for current employees. One three-hour session is led by WPI staff members who share their enthusiasm for delivering the best service. Training sessions are held in the Human Resources Training Room / Forkey Conference Room in Harrington Auditorium from 9 a.m. to noon. View the schedule or register for our next session.
