Goal Setting

An important component of WPI’s performance appraisal process is the identification of SMART goals. SMART Goals are widely known and recognized tools in performance management. All employees are asked to identify a series of goals that are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Time-bound that they can work towards achieving in the year ahead.
