Getting timely support is important, and the Helpdesk is the place to get it. ITS staff are here to help you navigate the various technology options available at WPI. We are here to help you find the information you need. Helpdesk staff are trained to diagnose technological challenges and locate the appropriate resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
