Public Relations
The Public Relations team works with the WPI community to communicate news to the local, regional, and national news media. We create and distribute news releases, develop targeted media pitches, and maintain relationships with news outlets. We are also responsible for internal communications and are the front line for WPI crisis communications. We work closely with the Research Communications staff to get the word out about all the exciting research taking place at WPI.
We are here to help WPI employees and students find the best way to publicize all that makes WPI great. Whether it is an event, grant, innovation, or any other achievement of note, the PR team will help you get the word out. WPI faculty, staff, administrators, and students should contact us if:
- You are contacted by a reporter
- You would like to promote your news
- You need help determining if something is newsworthy
- Have a story idea
