Pre-award team has implemented effective July 1, 2012 OSP Contact Directory to improve and streamline business process and communication with faculty and staff.

Pre-award team has implemented effective July 1, 2012 OSP Department Contact Directory to:        

  • improve and streamline business process and communication with faculty and staff         
  • provide support to all Departments and Programs at WPI with sponsored projects related activities

Pre-Award OSP Contact is responsible for all assignments listed on the Proposal and Award-related Tasks and Responsibilities Matrix.

Sub-award OSP Contact is responsible for Sub-award Preparation, Development and Management:

Creating and issuing sub-awards under prime awards to WPI assuring compliance by the Institute with sponsors' policies and requirements

Assisting with preparation and submission of sub-award proposals, i.e., when WPI is not the lead Institution on a project

Please note under certain circumstances your department's designated Primary OSP Contact may change.
