New PHS Financial Conflict of Interest
WPI's Implementation of the New PHS Financial Conflict of Interest Regulation
Please note that the new Public Health Service (PHS) regulation on financial conflict of interest (FCOI) became effective on August 25, 2012. WPI's implementation of this regulation can be found on the Provost's Office website at http://www.wpi.edu/offices/policies/conflict.html. If you are a PHS Investigator or will be submitting a proposal to the PHS, you should become familiar with the requirements of the regulation, including the need to receive training prior to the expenditure of any funds received on or after the effective date.
