Safe Haven Program
The Safe Haven Program is a community safety initiative that pairs the WPI Police Department with civic-minded area businesses to provide emergency assistance to all members of the WPI community.
Here's how it works
Participating merchants agree to prominently display the Safe Haven symbol in their window (see image on right).
In the event of an emergency or threat, these merchants agree to allow any WPI community member to wait safely inside their place of business and to notify the WPI Police and the Worcester Police.
