SNAP and Gateway Shuttles
Gateway Shuttle
The Gateway Shuttle will run between Gateway Park (Life Sciences and Bioengineering Center, 85 Prescott Street, Bartlett Center, Lee Street, and Salisbury Estates Monday through Friday, beginning the week of A-Term through the week of D-Term. It departs Gateway Park at 8:30am (last departure 5:30pm); the one-way trip takes approximately 15 minutes. In addition to the defined schedule, one stop three times daily will be added (to the Facilities Department on Lee Street, M–F, 9am, 11am, 2pm). Note: The shuttle will not sit on standby during the any of the pickup points. Upon drop-off and pickup at that site, the driver will proceed to the next transportation point.
Summer Schedule, E-Term
The Gateway Shuttle runs between Gateway Park and the Bartlett Center, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:30pm, starting a week after the last day of D-Term and ending a week prior to the first day of A-Term.
SNAP Transportation Service
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to use WPI’s Security Night Assistance Patrol (SNAP). Hours are 6pm to 4am during A- and D-Terms; 4pm to 4am during B- and C-Terms; and 6am to 2am during recess breaks. There are Price Chopper grocery stops/pickups on Sundays and Thursdays for the first hour of A- through D-Terms. Call 508-831-6111. SNAP does not operate during the summer session. wpi.edu/+snap
SNAP Shuttle
The SNAP shuttle operates M-F from 530PM – 100AM. Saturday & Sunday 6PM – 1AM and travels from the Bartlett Center to Gateway. This transportation is separate from the SNAP Transportation escort service.
