Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure
The Conflict of Interest Policy of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) requires that each Trustee, Officer, and Key Employee submit annually to the General Counsel or other designated officer (hereafter referred to as the GC), a completed Annual Disclosure Statement.
