Meet the Team

As University Registrar, Sarah leads a team of professionals dedicated to supporting the educational goals of WPI by upholding academic policy and the integrity of student information, while striving to provide excellent customer service to all members of the WPI community.  After ten years in various roles within higher education, she joined WPI in February 2014 and became University Registrar in June 2016.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Towson University and her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College.

As the Academic Scheduler, Cathy is responsible for course implementation and maintenance, along with academic space scheduling. She works closely with academic affairs and the academic departments.  Cathy started working at WPI in 2000 and joined the Registrar’s Office in the Fall of 2013.  Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Michelle joined the WPI community in the Summer of 2018, and began in Academic Scheduling in August of 2019.  As Assistant Registrar, she enjoys the opportunity to work with faculty and staff throughout campus in all matters of course scheduling and allocation of academic space.  Michelle earned both her Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Art History and her interests include writing, art, music, epic poetry, and commedia dell'arte theater.  She also teaches as an Adjunct Instructor/Lecturer in the Department of Humanities and Arts and as an Affiliate in WPI’s CWB (Center for ...

Klea joined WPI in November of 2021. As Systems and Operations Coordinator, she oversees the Registrar's Office front line services. She also processes student legal name changes and prepares official letters and student documents. 

Susan joined WPI's Registrar's Office in September of 2013. In her role supporting the graduate program, she assists with the degree clearing process for the three conferral dates. She also processes graduate student project registrations and maintains record management for the graduate students, which includes those in the BS/MS program, along with managing the credit conversion report for both the undergraduate and graduate students. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Nichols College. 

Katie Joined WPI’s Registrar’s Office in March of 2012. In her role as Senior Associate Registrar, she oversees all aspects of systems used by the office, including Workday, reporting tools and implementations of new applications. She also evaluates and implements processes and procedures to support the mission of WPI. 

Jennifer joined WPI’s Registrar’s Office in July of 2008. As Associate Registrar, Jennifer manages the degree clearance process for undergraduate and graduate students for the three conferral dates at WPI. She also works closely with undergraduate students during their senior year to ensure that they are on track to fulfilling their degree requirements. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.

Rhiannon joined WPI in February of 2016. In her role, she assists with reviewing degree requirements for all undergraduate students applying for graduation. She updates curriculum changes such as minors, majors, and concentrations. Rhiannon is charged with the posting of AP and transfer credits for current WPI students. She also assists with coop and HECCMA registrations.

Jay joined WPI's Registrar's Office in February of 2022. In his role he assists with reviewing degree requirements of graduate students applying for graduation. Jay oversees the posting of transfer credit requests for graduate students. He also assists with managing the academic progress reports for all graduate programs. Jay received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Keene State College and his Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University.
