Office of the Registrar

Welcome

Our Summer Hours are now in effect.  We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm through August 17th.  The Registrar's Office is the keeper of student academic records for all Undergraduate and Graduate course work and projects completion.  As part of this service, the office manages reports, sends out academic warnings and monitors students' progress toward completion of degree requirements.  The staff also processes transcripts and verifies receipt of a degree.

If we can be of assistance in any of these areas, please call or stop by the office, located on the first floor of Daniels Hall.

Reminders

UNDERGRADUATE course/project - adds/drops/changes can be made through the 5th class day of any term without a late fee. Additional course/project - adds/drops/changes can be made from the 6th to the 10th class day of any term with a late fee.

GRADUATE schedule changes (add/drop) without penalty may occur prior to the third meeting of the course.  A $100 late fee will be charged for schedule changes made after the 3rd course meeting and before the 4th.  Schedule changes after the 4th course meeting will result in a grade of "W" (withdrawal) and will be issued until the 10th week of the term for a 14 week course and until the 5th week of the term for a 7 week course.  No tuition or fees will be refunded during the withdrawal period.  Please refer to the refund policy for dropping courses.

GRADUATE Withdrawal Policies
The University makes a substantial financial commitment at the time a course is scheduled for instruction.  However, students who officially withdraw (drop) from a course before the first 10 days of the semester have passed (not including weekends) will receive a refund of 100% of the tuition and fees paid, minus a $100 penalty. No tuition and fees paid by the student will be refunded after day 10 of the semester.
