Safety & Security
Feeling safe and secure is one of the great benefits of living in on-campus housing. Providing a safe and carefree environment in which to live, learn, and work is one of our main objectives. However, a truly safe campus can only be achieved through the full cooperation of students, faculty, and staff.
It is important to understand that the safety and security of everyone is the responsibility of each community member. For this reason, the Office of Residential Services supplies information that deals with the topics of fire safety and personal safety. Additionally, WPI provides several emergency and safety-related services, including Campus Police, Emergency Medical Services, and Security Night Assistance Patrol.
