Community Service

WPI and the Student Activities Office would like to encourage all students and student organizations to become involved in community service. To facilitate this involvement the Student Activities Office offers a number of support mechanisms that are described in the links to the left.

Did you know:

More than 8 out of 10 people (86%) said they volunteered because they felt compassion for those in need. Nearly 3/4 of the respondents (72%) volunteered because they had an interest in the activity/work, and 70% volunteered to gain a new perspective.

Report Your Service Hours

To assist us in our efforts to record WPI's involvement in the community please fill out the Service Report Form for all of the service projects that your organization is involved in. The report only takes a couple of minutes to fill out and is very important to WPI.

There are separate forms to complete if your community service is to be reported for the Federal Work Study Community Service Program:
