Future aspirations
To fully map out healthcare processes among multiple specialists in order to develop the appropriate mediated tools for patient participation in healthcare, i.e. interactive websites, mobile apps, print documents. These tools should be developed with an eye to analysis, whether numerical or qualitative, to improve weak nodes in processes.
