Enhanced Search
This new enhanced search gives you two options:
- Save your results in a clipboard to quickly access the content.
- Or save your search results in a "My Search" area so you can quickly access those common or repeated search items you frequently use.
First step is to start the search process is to click on the down arrow under the “Search Criteria” and choose Page ID. When the value box comes up, type in or paste in your page id and then click “Run Search.” Also Note, that you can click "Save" If you want to save this page in your "My Searches" for future access to that page. Instructions are further down on how to access that area.
To Gain Quick Access For Your Search Results
To quickl;y access your search results, right-click on the item in the listing, and click on "Create Shortcut in Clipboard."
Next step is tto get back into full "SmartEdit" mode.
Click on "SmartEdit" button, and then click on the clipboard on the right hand side of your screen; you will then see the search results. Click on the blue arrow next to your page you want to reload into the CM application.

Saving Your Search Results for Future Access
When you "Save" your search results, place in your category, and include name and a description.
Your search results can be accessed by clicking on the "Search Clipboard" in the far right.
Then click on the blue arrow to load your page within the CM application to make changes to it.
If you do not want to save the results, then simply double-click the item in the list to load page into the CM application in the bottom screen.
PLEASE NOTE: To get back to full "SmartEdit," unfortunately you have to place search item either in the clipboard or in your "My Search" results. Then click on "SmartEdit" to get back to full "SmartEdit" view, then click on either the search or clipboard icons on the right to load that page in SmartEdit.
Old Version
Search feature was located on the left actions area. When you clicked on the search action, a new window popped open and you would click on the "Page ID" in the dropdown. When the value box came up, you would paste or type in the Page ID and then hit the "Start" button at the bottom of the screen.
When the result comes up then click on the wording and the page would automatically load in SmartEdit mode.
