WPI Information Technology seeks to find a software product that enables “Running the Business of IT”. How WPI Faculty, Staff and Students interact with IT is important. Most people call or visit the Helpdesk when they have a technology issue and need help. What if you could submit a ticket online? How would you want that to work? What if you could access known solutions through an online Knowledge base? What if you could peruse a list of IT Services like you would look through a shopping catalog?
In this session, one of our vendor finalists will demonstrate their web portal and describe how their tool is designed to interact with visitors and those seeking assistance. We’d like to know what you think about their offering. Come to see their tool and tell us what you think.
