CMS (RedDot) Approver Training
CMS stands for Content Management System and here at WPI we are using RedDot’s CMS software to manage the web pages served out to the public on the WPI web server http://www.wpi.edu.
This class focuses on the tasks related to approving web content already created by assigned editors. The objectives for this class are:
- Review notification emails
- Log in to the CMS
- View the list of pages awaiting release
- View each page
- Accept or Reject pages
- Logout of the CMS
This course is intended for: Administrators, Alumni, Faculty, Graduate Students, Staff, Undergraduate Students
