Thesis and Non-Thesis Options

You may choose between two options to obtain the master's degree: the Thesis option or the Non-thesis option. You should carefully weigh the pros and cons of these choices in consultation with your advisor prior to selecting an option. Learn more...

Computer and Communications Networks Program

A specialization in Computer and Communications Networks (CCN) is available within the master’s degree program. This program prepares graduates for technical leadership positions in the design and implementation of computer and communications networks, including local- and wide-area computer networking, distributed computation, telecommunications (including voice, data and video services), wireless networking and personal mobile communications. Learn more…

Specialization in Computer Security

The department of Computer Science has recently established a specialization in Computer Security within the Masters degree.  Students enrolled in this specialization will receive the master of science degree in computer science, with a notation on their transcript “Specialization in Computer Security”.  The program prepares students for both industrial positions and PhD study related to computer security.  Learn more...
