Professor Wyglinski Named IEEE Senior Member
Senior Member is the highest professional grade of IEEE.
Assistant Professor Alexander Wyglinski has been elevated to the grade of Senior Member of the IEEE. Senior Member is the highest professional grade of the IEEE for which an application may be made and requires experience reflecting professional accomplishment and maturity. Approximately 12% of the 382,000 members of IEEE have achieved this grade. Professor Wyglinski is the Director of the Wireless Innovation Laboratory (WILab) at WPI and received his Ph.D. from McGill University. His research covers wireless communications, cognitive and software-defined radio, opportunistic spectrum access, wireless networks, and signal processing for digital communications.
