Making a Difference with Intelligent Tutoring

Graduate students whose backgrounds include fields like software development, psychology, and education will find in WPI’s Learning Sciences & Technologies (LST) program opportunities for study that aim at revolutionary improvements in U.S. students’ competitive edge in the global marketplace. From entrepreneurs to mathematicians to career educators, participants will benefit from—and contribute to—research to develop models for discovery about human learning.

The LST program addresses learning in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and English. It receives major public funding, national recognition, and a growing international reputation for its innovations in intelligent tutoring systems that combine technology-based learning and assessment.
