Insight - A First-Year Program

Insight offers first-year students the opportunity to develop mentoring relationships with upperclassmen and faculty through shared learning and social experience outside the traditional classroom setting. All members of the freshman class join an Insight team the first day of Orientation. Each team lives together on the same floor in the same residence hall (or is composed of commuting students), and is teamed with an upperclass community advisor, resident advisor and faculty academic advisor for the first semester.
