Be Well Together: Live Virtual Yoga and Meditation Sessions Begin Today for D-Term

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, WPI is launching a "Be Well Together" Initiative. Be Well Together aims to support faculty, students, and staff with wellness programs that bring the community together. The virtual get-togethers will happen at various times during each week of D Term and will feature experts in mindfulness and yoga. The first session will begin today, Wednesday, April 1. To learn more and sign up for the sessions, please create an account on Sona Systems. All sessions will be accessed through Zoom (please note: a software download for Zoom is required for streaming the session). Plan ahead and give yourself some time to sign up and access the program.
