Move-in Day Health Guidance

DEPARTMENT(S):
January 21, 2021

It’s almost Move-In Day! Ready to come back to campus? Don’t bring COVID with you. Below are important guidelines to follow to help keep our entire campus community safe.

What if I test positive the day I'm supposed to move in?

  • Fill out your Symptom Tracker immediately. Someone from the Health Team will reach out to you with your next steps.
  • If you have not yet left home, stay home—do not come to campus. If you are driving to campus, go back home. If you arrived by airplane and then learned of your results, you will need to isolate in a designated space on campus and follow instructions from our Health Team.

What if I feel sick the day I’m supposed to move in?

  • If you have any symptoms of illness, fill out your Symptom Tracker immediately, even if your symptoms are mild. Someone from the Health Team will reach out to you with your next steps.

It’s extremely important that you follow all the health and safety guidelines of our Stay in Place phase. Once our testing, quarantine, and isolation data show it is safe, we can return to a less restrictive phase.

Thank you for caring for our community.
