CAMPUS STATUS UPDATES
Welcome to D-Term and the start of spring (finally)! It’s getting warmer out, so definitely get outside and enjoy the fresh air—just continue following the safety protocols (and review the updated COVID-19 addendum) so we can close out the year successfully and safely. We’ve made it this far; let’s keep moving in the right direction.
TIPS & RESOURCES
Looking for some fun ways to kick off D-Term?
- Ring in the new term with a free Ring Pop and a list of weekly campus events as part of the What’s Poppin’ series today from 11am-1pm in the Rubin Campus Center lobby.
- Stop by the Funday Friday booth at the fountain on Friday, March 26 from 1-2:30pm for a mini tub of Play-Doh and a challenge card, then put your inner sculptor to the test (or just use it as a stress ball; stress balls are always good).
- Are you ready for some football? Marching and Pep Band are—check out their virtual performance of the “NFL on FOX” theme and keep your eyes peeled for their cover of “The Impression That I Get” on March 29.
Check TechSync regularly for the latest in-person events, meetings, and other chances to connect with friends.
HEALTH & SAFETY REMINDERS
We’re in it #WPITogether; let’s get through it #WPITogether.
- Keep doing your part to #ProtectTheHerd—if you traveled or left campus during spring break, get tested immediately upon return and quarantine until you get a negative test.
Testing is no longer available on Fridays; you can make appointments from 10am-6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and 6am-6pm Wednesday. Check the announcement for details, and MyTechFlex to see if your assigned testing days have been changed.
