Undergraduate Spring 2018 Commencement Ceremony
- The weather for Saturday indicates rain, so if needed, we will have ponchos for all members of your class. The ponchos will be handed out in Harrington during lineup. Dress for the temperature, which should be in the mid-40’s. Be aware the ground may be wet or muddy.
- You may bring an umbrella for the Processional and Recessional – just be careful to not poke your fellow graduates. Store any umbrellas under your seat, NOT in the aisle, so they are NOT a trip hazard when you walk to get your degree. We will also have a plastic bag for your diploma, so it does not get damaged during the recessional.
- If your family and friends are not seated under the tent, they can watch the ceremony from The Campus Center Odeum, Hagglund & Mid-Century Rooms, Higgins Labs 116 & 218, Olin 107, and after 10:00 a.m., from Harrington Auditorium. We will have several thousand ponchos at the program tables for your guests.
The video for this event will be displayed below on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
