The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders. This is accomplished through challenging and rewarding rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, leadership opportunities and exposure, and mentor-ship. Rotations are focused within the operations functions of the company: manufacturing, supply chain and/or the business areas and could be across any of our ES facilities (New Hampshire; Fort Wayne Indiana, Greenlawn, NY; Endicott, NY; Manassas, VA; and Austin, Texas.)
Targeting: Seniors and Graduate Students who will have completed their Bachelor's Degree by Spring 2019.
Majors: Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other applicable majors.
