PRESENTER: Caitlin Keller, Instructional Designer, ATC

Rubrics are incredibly useful tools that allow for clarification of student expectations on assessments through providing performance criteria that are aligned with specific learning outcomes. While writing and implementing effective rubrics are some of the most challenging aspects of teaching, the benefits for both students and instructors are invaluable. This workshop will provide more background into why to consider using rubrics, examine example rubrics, help you to develop or refine a rubric, and provide strategies for effectively implementing rubrics in your course.

It's understood that some may need to leave early for 1pm commitments.
