The Grad Health and Wellness series is a 4 session series aimed at providing graduate students information, guidance, and resources to improve their health and well being. The sessions will focus on stress reduction, mindfulness, healthy habits and living, recognizing signs of distress in others and ways to intervene, and healthy relationships. The sessions will be led by staff of the Student Development and Counseling Center as well as WPI's Title IX Officer. A free healthy lunch will be provided at each session.
This session of the Health and Wellness series will focus on healthy relationships. The session will provide instruction on ways relationships can be healthy and unhealthy, and approaches to deal with the latter. Guidance will also be provided on what one can do if they are concerned about an unhealthy relationship observed with a peer or colleague.
