Then, we'll dive into an overview of different types of mapping tools, types of spatial data, and how you can find and wrangle data for your needs. The workshop will conclude with a hands-on mapping tutorial using a couple of the tools presented. This workshop is designed as an introduction for anyone who is interested in exploring mapping for their humanities and social science research, teaching, or project work.
