The final presentations for the NSF-sponsored Research Experiences for Undergraduates in Industrial Mathematics and Statistics will take place this Wednesday, July 17, at 9:00am in Fuller Laboratories, Lower Perrault. The schedule is :

8:30am: Light Breakfast

9:00am-9:15am: Overview of the CIMS REU in Industrial Mathematics and Statistics  (Tilley)

9:15am-9:45am: Extension of the human blood coagulation system to understand the role of C1-inhibitor in Hereditary Angioedema -- Pfizer     (Chicoine and Oswald)

9:45am-10:15am: Extending the systems model of platelet homeostasis to understand platelet dynamics in immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) -- Pfizer  (Cerbone and Shreeve)

10:15am-10:30am: Break

10:30am-11:30am:  Wear Data Analysis -- GE Aviation, US   (Benardi, Filardi, Finch, Shinkre, Zhang)
