Looking for a way to be less stressed and more mindful?
When: Thursdays 4-5pm from January 20th to March 3rd
Where: Rec Center Dance Studios
With who: Robin Benoit, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator
The session will be a 45-minute guided meditation with time for reflection and questions afterwards. This session is open to all students - no experience necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a yoga mat or cushion if you have one.
