Mindful Wednesday Meditation

Please join the Meditation Club and the Student Development and Counseling Center of a weekly drop-in meditation on Wednesdays at 12:15pm. No experience is necessary. The group will sit for about 15 minutes with either a guided recording or in-person guidance by a teacher. This is free and no sign-up is required, please feel free to join us.
