Faculty, postdoctoral associates and others are invited to attend a half-day NSF Funding Workshop on Thursday, November 1 focused on seeking research funds from the National Science Foundation. An important target of grant proposals among WPI researchers, NSF and its funding programs continually evolve, adjust and innovate. Come hear from former and current program directors, fellow faculty members, and WPI research administration staff on what’s new at NSF and what it takes today to be successful in getting your grant proposals funded.
Speakers will include former NSF program directors Miriam Deutsch (Math and Physical Sciences Directorate) and Rick Brown (Computer and Information Science and Engineering Directorate), and current program officer Jennifer Weller from NSF BIO's Division of Biological Infrastructure.
