Success in Professional Life - with Diran Apelian
Things I wish someone told me when I was in School

This set of three seminars/discussions were designed for our students – undergraduate and graduate. We at WPI are proud of our project-based learning approach and for good reason. The three seminars address key habits and skills that can make a difference and assist in your success as a young professional, complimenting your WPI experience in successful execution of projects. In brief, these are “lessons learned” that I personally wish someone had sat down and told me before I was graduating. I am seizing this opportunity to share with our students, life lessons that have been most effective. It has been said that life has three stages: first stage – one learns; second stage – one earns; and third stage – one returns. Through these three seminars it is my own way of “returning” to our students and sharing with them some anchors for an impactful and successful career.
