Virtual Yoga with Kate Moncrief through WPI Be Well Together

The School of Arts & Sciences is sponsoring Be Well Together, featuring live, virtual classes in yoga and mindfulness and a Wellness Seminar Series this year. Be Well Together aims to support faculty, students, and staff with wellness programs that bring the community together. The weekly get-togethers feature experts in mindfulness and yoga while the Wellness Seminar Series will address topics including happiness and wellbeing, myths and science surrounding weight, and stress management.
