The WPI Society of Women Engineer’s Women’s Networking Night will be held on Tuesday, November 13th from 6:00-8:00pm in Higgins House. This event is open to all undergraduate students with priority given to SWE members as space is limited. This is ideal for students who are actively seeking internships and full-time positions or who want to build connections with a variety of companies.
To prepare for this event please complete the following steps:
- Update your resume and have a critique from the CDC
- Visit the WPI CDC website to access tipsheets for resumes and networking
- Apply to the SWE Networking Night position on Handshake so your resume can be added to a book accessible to attending employers
- Research companies who will be attending the event. Keep in mind it’s important to speak with all employers as they may have valuable advice or connections they would be willing to share.
Please note the attire for this event is business casual. Please bring business cards or resumes in a pad folio.
