Below are a list of resources as well as an academic-centered FAQ. Undergraduates will also receive a weekly email with suggested resources and ideas to be successful that week as well as connecting you to the virtual campus resources, and helping you find the support you need to thrive in this time.

Just in Time Tips: What You Need to Know This Week

Learning in a Virtual World Success Checklist:

  • Log into Canvas for all of your courses.
  • Look at the Online Student Center resource in Canvas.
  • Read the syllabus for all classes.
  • Find a space where you will do coursework.
  • Create a weekly schedule for yourself that includes time for classes and taking care of yourself. Look at the Online Student Center Canvas site for more information about how to best manage your time to be successful. 
  • Make sure you have read emails from WPI about updates to when classes start (3/25) or when the new add/drop deadlines are?

When you log into Canvas, in addition to your current classes, you should also see the Canvas Online Student Center. When you click into it, you will find many useful resources to support you in being successful now that courses are fully virtual.
