Annual open enrollment ends this Friday, May 3, 2013.Anyone wishing to make changes to their health and dental plans must have their paperwork into the Office of Human Resources by May 3.
If you are not making any changes to your health or dental insurance you do not need to complete any forms.
If you want to participate in the medical or dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA), pre-paid legal or vision plan you must make an election for the FY14 plan year and complete the optional benefit enrollment form (link below).
